We participated in our first Brunswick Downtown Development Authority window decorating contest in October and with the combined creative efforts of staff and an extremely talented student (& friend!) we won 2nd Place! Now the challenge is really on for December's contest!!

Karma Yoga Food Drive - November
For November we're giving a shout out to The Clouds Yoga Center & The Club as they support The Sparrow's Nest. We encourage all our clients and students to participate in this annual food drive to restock the shelves for this community resource. Contributions can be made at The Club through November 18.

Halloween Hip Hop Cardio Party - October
Four students attended our Hip Hop event in October and two made donations without attending. We made a $125 donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. If you'd like to make a direct donation, click here.

Hip Hop Cardio - December
Join us Saturday, December 10, at 11:15am for an energetic, fun, kick off to the Holiday Season. We're going kick it and have some fun doing it! Class passes apply to this one -- but we'll also collect non-perishable food items that we'll deliver to The Sparrows Nest. Despite the big drive in November before Thanksgiving, donations often diminish afterward before Christmas and we'd like to help restock their shelves.
