Core & Strength is a full-body class focused on building strength, balance, and coordination through intentional movement - using a variety of strength-based exercises performed at your mat or at stations.

 
Build & Burn with Madi


Build & Burn

with Madisen Nielsen | Wednesdays 9am


The Build focuses on heavy, intentional strength training of different muscle groups through focused supersets or repeated techniques, punctuated by active recovery blocks to fire up your glutes and core.  


Once the foundation is set, we move to The Burn: a 10-minute metabolic finish where you can vary the level of intensity for your comfort. You will leave this class feeling accomplished and ready to tackle the day!
