Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent survey!  We received a great deal of valuable insight into what you would like to see at your Body Balance studio. And according to one writer's request that is ... 

 
 

Goat Yoga! (seriously?)  So while we did have a few outliers and novel ideas, there was an overall consensus and trends we did see. 

 

 

Here's What We Learned from the Survey

 

*  You like to attend classes in the evenings.


* You like our Restorative Yoga classes.


* You like our Hot Classes.


* You would like to have a Friday afternoon class.


*  You would like to have more early morning class options.


*You would like Monthly Sound Bath Meditations and Workshops.


 
 

 
 

New Fall Class Schedule

 

Based the survey, we have added some new class times and options that we think will perfectly fit with what we heard our members want (except sorry no goat yoga)!  This new schedule goes into effect on Tuesday, September 6th. 

 
 

While many of our classes are staying the same, including all of the noon classes, we are adding some classes and making a few changes.  

 

Class Schedule Highlights


*  On Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 6:15 am we are adding a new 45 minute Hot Morning Flow class.


*  On Thursday afternoons at 5:30pm we are adding a new Pilates Barre class.


*  On Friday afternoons at 5pm we are adding a Happy Hour Restorative Gentle Flow class.


*  On Monday & Friday mornings, we are changing the time of the 8am class to 7:30am and will be changing the format to Hot Yoga Flow.


All the new classes, times and changes are available online so you can go ahead and sign up for classes.

 
 

 
 
 

So What Else is New?

 

Along with the new schedule changes, we've made some updates to our website to make it easier for you to get class information and figure out how to get started if you are new to the studio.

As a start, we have updated our class descriptions on our website with descriptions of these classes.  So along with descriptions of what you can expect in the class, we have included a note about the level of experience that is recommended for that class.


If you are new to yoga, you may want to look for classes that are beginner friendly and open to all experience levels. With our expanded class selection, we have something (new) for everyone!


We encourage you to keep an eye on our website for special events and workshop we are planning for the Fall!
