Peaceful sanctuary where people come together to practice yoga,

meditation and discover their true nature

Hello, Yoga Om family!

This month, let’s flow with the rhythm of nature: letting go of what no longer serves, embracing stillness, and welcoming the gentle shift of energy that fall brings.

Yoga offers us powerful tools during this seasonal transition. Through grounding postures, we strengthen stability in body and mind. Gentle twists and heart-openers help us release tension and create space for renewal. Breathwork calms the nervous system, supporting us as the days grow shorter and cooler. Meditation deepens our capacity to let go, so we can carry a sense of balance and peace into every part of our lives.

Together, we’ll honor autumn’s wisdom with breath, movement, and mindful presence—nurturing resilience, harmony, and inner warmth.

Let’s embrace the transition into Fall with renewal, balance, and deeper self-care. This month, we have exciting offerings, including a Chakra Awareness Sound Bath, 200HR Yoga Teacher Training starting November 7th and a nourishing recipe to support your well-being.

We can’t wait to share this month of renewal, balance, and healing with you.

 See you on the mat!

With love and light,

Ommy & The Yoga Om Wellness Studio Team
