When you truly are the center of your world, your universe, you can't help but find alignment with your innate rhythm. Staying on track with that rhythm is the practice, the work. Make it smoother, more intuitive by slowing down and going within. 


One of the eight limbs of yoga is 'Pratyahara', which can be translated to mean the practice of releasing the external world and going within. A practice that can lead you towards a quieter, more meditative state.
