"In the rhythm of nature, find your own pace."
- Lao Tzu
When you truly are the center of your world, your universe, you can't help but find alignment with your innate rhythm. Staying on track with that rhythm is the practice, the work. Make it smoother, more intuitive by slowing down and going within.
One of the eight limbs of yoga is 'Pratyahara', which can be translated to mean the practice of releasing the external world and going within. A practice that can lead you towards a quieter, more meditative state.
What it is you need, now, today, this moment of where you are on your path? If you're aren't quite sure, join us for a class this week and shortly after, you'll have more clarity along with an abundance of answers.
It's amazing what that little bit of quiet can bring forth.
Happy May!
We look forward to seeing you soon.
With love,
