Hi Everyone

It is with very mixed emotions that we say goodbye to our lovely Rowena, who will soon be moving back to her hometown of Elgin. Her final class with us will be on Monday 8th July.

While we’re heartbroken to see her go, we’re so excited for this next chapter in her life and wish her nothing but happiness, success, and wonderful new adventures. We hope she’ll pop back to visit us whenever she can—you’ll always be part of our studio family, Rowena.

We’re delighted to let you know that Rowena will be handing over the reins of our Monday evening class to Lorraine Dillon. Lorraine is a long-standing practitioner at the studio, a physiotherapist by profession, and a graduate of our teacher training school. We know she’ll continue to nurture and support the Monday evening community with great care.

Our Wednesday class will be led by Jo, who is looking forward to returning to teaching foundational classes and welcoming both familiar and new faces.

Please join us in thanking Rowena for everything she has brought to our studio over the years. Her kindness, warmth, and dedication have touched so many lives, and she will be deeply missed.

We wish you all the love and luck in the world, Rowena. Thank you for everything.
