Hip Hop Cardio - December
Join us Saturday, December 10, at 11:15am for an energetic, fun, kick off to the Holiday Season. We're going kick it and have some fun doing it! Class passes apply to this one -- but we'll also collect non-perishable food items that we'll deliver to The Sparrows Nest. Despite the big drive in November before Thanksgiving, donations often diminish afterward before Christmas and we'd like to help restock their shelves.

Beginners' Yoga Series - January
Our Annual Beginners' Yoga Series -- A to Om with Annie Harper -- kicks off Sunday, January 8, 1:30-3:30pm and runs through Sunday, February 12, 2023. Perfect for the aspiring yogi or the yogi who wants to renew and review the practice. Early bird registration fee of $195 available through December 31, 2022. Increases to $220 afterward. Please share with anyone who might benefit!
