Elevated Wellness Community Celebration

Join us for a transformative day:

Workshops: Engage in breathwork, meditation, and bio-rhythmic movement exercises with Reed Wasser and Vanessa Hernandez..

Sensory Oasis: Enjoy short massages, lymphatic drainage, and rejuvenating bodywork from Nazaria Bey and Courtney Oathout.

Thermal Experience: Explore our sauna, ice pool, infrared sauna and hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

Food: We will be serving delicious bites throughout the day including fruits, vegetables, meats and other delights. We will also serve tea, coffee and beverages.

Live Music: Groove to live music, acoustic sets, and ancestral percussion rhythms throughout the day.

Hosts: Reed Wasser and the tribe of Human Aeon instructors, healers and artists.

2:00 PM: Solar Breathwork and Contrast Therapy

3:00 PM: Lunar Breathwork and Meditation

4:00 PM: Wim Hof Method + Biorhythmic Movement Practice

5:00 PM: Live Music + Open House
