Return to Center: A Fall Sound Bath for Grounding & Reset

Sunday, September 27

6:30-7:30pm w/Laurie Markowitz

You’ll rest comfortably as crystal singing bowls and soothing tones move through the body, guiding you into deep relaxation. The vibrations support the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and help release early‑fall tension so you can settle more fully into the season.

Why this moment matters: The weeks after the equinox invite grounding and clarity. Energy turns inward, and practices that restore balance make it easier to adjust to autumn’s slower rhythm. This session offers a nourishing reset to support that shift.

Benefits:

  • Ease stress and mental overwhelm
  • Support deeper breathing and relaxation
  • Ground and stabilize the body’s energy
  • Encourage clarity and emotional steadiness
  • Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more centered as you move into fall

Limited to 20 participants. All levels welcome. Self‑Care Investment: $40. *If you have financial concerns, please contact the studio.

Integrative Healing: Energy, Sound & Mind-Body Private Sessions w/Laurie Markowitz

What is an Integrative Healing Session? Laurie weaves together multiple modalities to support your energy system, nervous system, and overall sense of balance. Modalities include Reiki, Chinese Medicine-based energy work, therapeutic sound, Tibetan bowls applied to the body, guided breathwork, imagery and meditation, iRest Yoga Nidra, and personalized wellness guidance for understanding and integration.

This is designed to be a deeply intuitive, multi‑layered session to meet you where you are and support you physically, energetically, and emotionally. Held in a quiet, private room on a raised table.

Benefits: Energy‑based practices and sound vibration techniques help the body shift out of tension and into a more regulated state. Sound waves move through soft tissue and interact with the nervous system, encouraging relaxation and helping release areas of energetic or emotional stagnation. These gentle vibrational tools support clearer, more balanced patterns in the body and complement the other modalities in your session, creating a well‑rounded approach to restoring ease and equilibrium. Session intentions include:

  • Deep Relaxation & Nervous System Reset
  • Released Physical & Emotional Tension
  • Restored Energy Flow & Inner Ease
  • Improved Sleep & Rest Quality
  • Personalized Support for Whole-Body Wellness
