Dear Heart Center Family,

We would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the continued support of our wonderful community. Your presence, participation, and encouragement help make The Heart Center a place of connection, growth, and healing, and we are deeply thankful for each of you.

We are excited to welcome back more of our community workshops and gatherings as we move into the coming months. We look forward to sharing opportunities to learn, connect, and practice together.

Save the Date: Winter Festival

Please mark your calendars for December 13th as we begin planning our annual Winter Festival. The day will include community workshops and special offerings that are open to everyone. Additional details will be announced soon, and we hope you will join us for this festive and meaningful gathering.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Information Session

We would also like to invite you to our upcoming Zoom Information Session this Saturday, October 17, at 2pm, for the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Meeting ID: 811 3500 2389

This training is not only for those who wish to become yoga teachers. Many participants join simply to deepen their understanding of yoga, enrich their personal practice, and support their own journey of self-development. The program offers guidance across many aspects of yoga philosophy, practice, and personal transformation.

If you are curious about the training or would like to learn more, we warmly encourage you to attend the information session. All are welcome.

Updates to Class Names

You may have noticed that we have recently updated the names of some of our classes. We encourage everyone to visit our website for detailed class descriptions and information about what each offering includes.

One class that has generated a few questions is Yoga Fusion. Yoga Fusion is a blended practice that incorporates a variety of yoga styles and modalities, guided by each instructor's unique experience and approach. Every class may offer something a little different, making it a wonderful opportunity to explore new techniques and perspectives within your practice.

If you have been curious about a class, we encourage you to give it a try. You may discover a new favorite practice along the way.

Thank you again for being part of The Heart Center community. We look forward to sharing the coming season with you and hope to see you at one of our upcoming events soon.

Hari Om,

Asha

STUDIO NEWS & UPDATES

We are delighted to welcome Audrey Benton to our talented teaching team! Audrey has been practicing yoga since the 1990s and teaching full time since 2002. Her “why” is and always has been wellness. Audrey’s training is deeply rooted in lineage, with the understanding that all things evolve.

In Audrey’s classes, you can expect clear, caring guidance and a practice that is accessible and challenging, so beginners and advanced students can work side by side. Drawing on her background in yoga therapeutics, she offers thoughtful modifications for each body and makes room for breath, stillness, and deep rest alongside the work of the poses.

Off the mat, Audrey loves all things Pacific Northwest and holds a deep respect for people’s individual gifts and the beauty of things made by hand. She is a proud aunt and a devoted cat mom. Trained through Reiki Level 2, she shares Reiki almost exclusively with animals, mostly cats and dogs.

Join Audrey on Tuesdays for Power Yoga at noon, on

Thursdays for Yin at 9am & Vinyasa at noon, and on Fridays at 9am for Yoga Fusion.
