New Non-Stop Medora
A DJ Fueled Dance Event | Sunday | Sept 7 | 3-4:15pm
Get ready for the 2nd edition of Non-Stop Medora, featuring new choreography! Medora will take you on a non-stop dance fitness journey where a live DJ will curate and blend music in real-time!
Participants learn a single newly choreographed routine from start to finish during the class, with no breaks between songs, just fluid transitions that maintain the momentum. Everyone is learning together making this class great for all levels so come along and hit some club energy!
