It is with heartfelt thoughts and sustainable planning for the interest of our staff and community we have made an extremely difficult decision to close as of April 21.
 


Many options and issues were considered in this decision. A major one being the Owners inability to continue to oversee the studio nor continue her Instructing capacity, this, compounded by the economic constraints of staffing & inflation, and a difficult tenancy. The lease was up for renewal, and timed with recent events it made sense to not renew our lease and close the studio. This will be for an unforeseeable amount of time. Although this was an incredibly hard decision it is important that the Owner can spend time with her terminally ill husband and ensure the studio that we've all come to love didn't become anything less than the exceptional, safe space it's been for so many years.


We may open again, we may emerge in a new way, the future is boundless and hopefully we can celebrate the last few weeks together, doing what we do best. Let's go out on top, loud, proud and smiling!

We are excited to announce that our Alive on Demand platform WILL continue to offer our legendary classes through our virtual library! You can enjoy over 150 Pilates, Barre, Yoga & Sculpt classes anytime, anywhere. The Instructors you've come to love and the classes you adore are still here for you.


We will continue to release videos every other Friday and you can look forward to the release of more challenges & NEW programming over the next few months.

Whats Happening with Memberships & Classes?
 

All regularly scheduled drop-in classes will run as usual until Friday April 21, 2023 inclusive. 


Please continue to enjoy and show up, creating a positive and fun space for all. It means the world to us to see you just a little longer. 

  • Alive on Demand subscriptions will continue as normal on our separate, self serve platform, www.aliveondemand.ca. To switch to virtual classes simply head over to the website and use the promocode (see above). If you're already enjoying our virtual platform, just keep rocking out!
  • Alive on Demand ADD ON guests's contracts will automatically be terminated as of April 22, 2023. There's only a few of you grandfathered in. You will receive an email with directions on how to switch from the autopay contract to the self serve subscription including an amazing offer from us as a VIP Alive On Demand guest.
  • ALL Alive Mindbody autopay contracts have been terminated as of April 22, 2023 and ALL autopay contracts have been pro-rated for the last payment. Pro-rated amounts have been set up to ensure you only pay for the number of days available as per your billing cycle. Payments that have already been processed HAVE already been pro-rated and a reduced amount will be reflected on your payment statements. *There is no need to request anything here, all accounts have already been processed and you can double check your Mindbody account to that affect.
  • Any workshops, specialty classes or registered series that were scheduled to run after April 21, 2023 have been cancelled or readjusted and *returns have already been processed. You would have received an email stating this information.
  • Any unlimited monthly (1, 2, or 3 month) memberships purchased that expire after the closing date have already received a pro-rated return to their payment method.
  • We ceased purchase of 20 class packs at what we deemed to be a reasonable timeframe to use the classes. 20 packs are no longer available and must be used by April 21, 2023. If you'd like to set up sharing of any 10 or 20 pack please email us indicating the first and last name of the person you'd like to set up sharing with.
  • 10 Class packs will continue to be available until April 11, 2023, if purchasing you do so with the knowledge of the studio closure and assume all responsibility for class use.

All our top quality, Industry best fitness props and equipment will be for sale at 70% OFF their value. This includes things like bolsters, handweights, sliders, etc. that have been used in classes. 


Purchases will be available soon however take-home will be available as of April 21.
