First Friday & Downtown Events

Balance crossed the 13-year mark back in September and we celebrated at October's First Friday with a little birthday party, some discounts for patrons donating to the local food drive, and participated in the Downtown Window Decorating contest (winners announced soon!). Our massage rooms were officially opened October 3 and we're in the final phase of transitioning all of the studio functions to the Brunswick location.

Halloween Hip Hop Cardio Party - October 25, 6pm

Tuesday, October 25, Balance Wellness Studio's Megan Higginbotham brings us a Halloween Hip Hop Cardio Party benefiting Breast Cancer Research & Education. Put together your Halloween Costume (that you can still workout in!) and join us. We promise lots of laughter, sweat, and a fun workout. After class, we'll enjoy a signature board and some beverages from Reid's Apothecary and Rose & Vine Gifts.

6:00 - 7:00 pm Hip Hop Cardio Class

7:00 pm - until After Class Get Together

$25 Registration Fee includes Class + 1 Drink Ticket + Light Appetizers + Donation to National Breast Cancer Foundation

Class is Limited to 8 people; Pre-Registration Required

Sip & Stretch for St. Jude - September

Five students attended our Sip & Stretch for St. Jude event in September and we made a $100 donation during their Childhood Cancer Awareness outreach campaign. If you'd like to make a direct donation, click here.

• Monday class is 30 minutes earlier
• Tuesday evening yoga ends October 18
• Barre is 15 minutes later and both classes are 45 minutes
• HIIT moved from Wednesday to Thursday
• Friday 6:45am Class on Oct 14 & 28, then weekly in November

Mix & Match Your Class Pass for Fitness & Yoga

Classes are priced by Units and Multi-Unit Passes can be used for Fitness or Yoga Classes of Any Length Up to the Total Units Purchased.

Class Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. We understand that Covid and our relocation have made it difficult for some to use their passes in-full and we've made every effort to be as accommodating as possible. We can renew expired passes, hold them for upcoming workshops or special events, or allow you to share them with a friend or family member. Unfortunately, we cannot apply them to a different service (like massage or training) offered at the studio.
